All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are fulfilled and ship within three business days. Tracking information is provided to you for your convenience. Online shipment tracking can sometimes take up to 24 hours to display a shipment update. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel your order.


We want you to love your DEFY products as much as we do. In the event that you don't, we want to make things right by accommodating a product return or exchange. You may also place an order that you wish to cancel or modify.


You can return new, unopened products by mail up to 30 days from purchase. To return by mail, please initiate a return merchandise request by sending an email to with your name, order information and reason for return. We will reply confirming receipt of the return and include directions on how to properly mail back your product(s). Please note that you will be responsible for return postage unless you have received an unusable or unsatisfactory product. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect the products to ensure they are new and unopened or minimally used before processing a refund to your original payment method.


You can request to cancel an order after it has been placed by sending an email to with your name, order information and request for cancellation. We cannot guarantee that your order will be successfully cancelled since order fulfillment begins within 24 hours from the time your order was placed. The sooner your cancel your order, the better chance you have of a successful cancellation. We will reply to your cancellation request if we were or were not successful cancelling the order.
